We collect the details you provide at registration — name, email, date of birth and payment identifiers such as your linked UPI handle — plus transactional data generated when you deposit or withdraw. We do not sell this data to third parties for marketing.

Account Security

Eligibility is governed by the local law of the jurisdiction where you are located. Access to damangames is available where local law permits. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing the platform does not breach any regulation applicable to you before opening an account.

We will post the updated version on damangames.bid and note the revision date at the bottom of the page. For material changes we also send a notification to your registered email address at least seven days before the update takes effect, giving you time to review.

Any remaining balance at the time of closure is eligible for withdrawal through your linked payment method — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — subject to identity verification being complete. We process the withdrawal within three to five business days of the closure request.

Your wallet is for personal use only; transferring funds to another account or using the wallet for any commercial purpose is not permitted under these terms. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law to the extent permitted. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless a specific alternative is agreed in writing.
